I have felt my love and commitment to Christ since the day I was born, especially since I almost didn't make it into this world. But God wanted me here so here I am. I cannot say that I have always acted in faith as I should have especially in my teenage years and I have done things I am not proud of. But I always knew deep down inside God was the one I always talked to every day.

When I was a pre-teen going to Sunday school with the Preachers daughter who was my best friend, I knew I wanted to be saved. And so I was. I will never forget the feeling that went through my entire body and I knew then and there that day my life was changed forever. I always thought I was close to God before that day, but since that day God has been present in my every thought.

I have soo many examples of how many times he has saved my life and how many times he has shown me the way that I am actually writing a book on my life right now. I am not writing it to try to publish it, it is just something that God has led me to do. I have been in a deep depression for over 7 months now and just started writing this book this week and have felt so much better already.

I, like many other Christians, know down inside that God has a reason for each and every one of us. I have always wanted to know what his purpose was for me. Is it this book?....I don't know, maybe not. Maybe the book will lead me to my service for God. But I do know I am here to serve him, and that my dear Christian friends is what I will do till the day he takes me home to be with him!
